On behalf of the Congress Organizing Committee it is our great pleasure to invite you to the IV Congress of Polish Biotechnology and IV EUROBIOTECH 2011, organized by Jagiellonian University in cooperation with University of Agriculture in Krakow, the Biotechnology Committee of Polish Academy of Sciences, Malopolska Centre of Biotechnology and Targi w Krakowie Ltd. The event will be take place on October 12-15, 2011 in Krakow.IV EUROBIOTECH 2011 will be opened with the plenary lecture by Nobel Prize Winner, Professor Ada Yonath from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot entitled 'The amazing ribosome'.
The aim of our Congress with its leading theme the "Four Colours of Biotechnology" is to provide you with the high quality scientific program covering the wide range of topics in biotechnology.
The lectures will be given by outstanding scientists from Poland and abroad and will be devoted to such an important and strategic themes for economic development as the renewable energy, biotechnology in medicine and pharmacy, the role of biology in agriculture and environmental protection, and many others.
An international character of the Congress will also offer a platform for scientists and industry working in different fields of biotechnology to present and discuss the recent developments of Biotechnology.
